About Fullscript

Founded in 2011, Fullscript began by helping practitioners access and prescribe the products they trust to support better outcomes. What started with one practitioner and a simple idea has grown into a modern platform used by more than 125,000 practitioners and 10 million patients across North America.

Our ambition is clear: deliver the perfect patient experience and build everything around it. The best health journeys are practitioner-guided and connected from start to finish.

Fullscript brings together labs, supplements, clinical tools, and operational workflows into one system designed to support personalized, prevention-focused practice at scale.

At the core of everything we do is our mission: helping people get better.

The Role

You are a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of data, business strategy, and execution. As Director, Strategic Finance, you will play a critical role in shaping how Fullscript grows by translating complex business drivers into clear insights, investment decisions, and measurable outcomes.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will partner closely with senior leaders across the business. You will help define how we measure success, guide where we invest, and ensure strategy turns into action. If you enjoy working in ambiguity, influencing without authority, and turning analysis into real business impact, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Own and evolve core business performance metrics and scorecards to track growth and operational health
  • Lead deep-dive analyses to uncover performance drivers and identify opportunities for value creation
  • Build investment-grade business cases, including scenario modeling, risk assessment, and payback analysis
  • Deliver executive-ready insights with clear recommendations, ownership, and success metrics
  • Partner closely with senior leaders across Commercial, Product, and Operations to drive strategic decisions
  • Support resource allocation by providing financial insights on tradeoffs and investment priorities
  • Own the business performance narrative, including monthly reporting on risks, opportunities, and actions
  • Develop and maintain dynamic financial models that reflect evolving business drivers
  • Collaborate with data teams to operationalize insights into dashboards, tools, and repeatable processes

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or corporate strategy
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders (GM or business unit level) to drive outcomes
  • Strong financial modeling skills, including driver-based forecasting and scenario analysis
  • Structured problem-solving mindset with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Strong communication skills with experience delivering executive-level insights
  • Bias for action, accountability, and measurable results

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience in high-growth, product-led, or e-commerce environments
  • Have worked closely with Product or Commercial teams
  • Bring technical fluency in SQL, BigQuery, Looker, Sigma, or similar tools
  • Have experience operationalizing analytics into scalable business tools

Perks & Benefits

  • Flexible PTO and competitive pay, because work-life balance matters
  • RRSP/401k match and stock options to invest in your future
  • Premium benefits package with customizable coverage and paramedical services
  • Fullscript discounts to save on high-quality wellness products
  • Continuous learning opportunities to grow your skills and career
  • Remote-first flexibility to work where you work best
