Bilingual Insurance Agent (Base+Commission Sales)
Goosehead Insurance is one of the largest and fastest growing insurance agencies in the United States, and they are seeking a Bilingual Insurance Agent to join their team. The role involves strengthening relationships with Realtors and Mortgage Lenders, prospecting for new clients, and providing customized insurance solutions to meet individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen existing relationships with Realtors and Mortgage Lenders by providing exceptional client experiences to incoming referrals (leads)
- Prospect and establish new Realtor and Mortgage Lender Relationships via calls, visits, networking to earn trust and additional referrals
- Understand individual insurance needs, analyze options with over 30 “A” rated insurance companies, and provide a custom solution
- Quote 30 new home & auto insurance packages a month, using existing systems, processes, and scripts to close at over 50%
- Once a Producer has established themselves, they are eligible to take on additional leadership responsibilities
