GTM Systems Administrator

Remote · USA Full-time New today
Summary

We’re looking for a GTM Systems Administrator to join our GTM Operations team. GTM Ops is the connective tissue behind how Anaconda’s sales, marketing, and customer success teams execute at scale. We build and maintain the systems that keep revenue moving, data trustworthy, and our go-to-market teams focused on what matters most.

As part of the GTM Ops team, you’ll own the day-to-day health and configuration of our GTM tech stack, with Salesforce at the core. You’ll be the primary contact for systems requests across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, turning business needs into clean, well-documented configurations, and keeping our cross-functional stakeholders informed every step of the way.

What You'll Do
  • Own administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including objects, flows, validation rules, permission sets, and dashboards, keeping the architecture clean and well-documented so the business can trust what it sees.
  • Serve as the primary intake point for GTM systems requests across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, triaging and prioritizing tickets and communicating timelines clearly to stakeholders.
  • Manage user provisioning, license assignments, and access controls across Salesforce, Clari, Vitally, and Clay, ensuring systems stay secure and purpose-fit.
  • Troubleshoot cross-system data sync issues and support integration health, escalating complex builds to the GTM Systems Architect as appropriate.
  • Enforce data quality standards including deduplication, enrichment hygiene, and field-level governance so our GTM data can be trusted.
  • Translate business requirements into system configurations and process improvements, partnering with go-to-market leaders to support change management and user adoption.
Your impact will be measured through
  • Ticket resolution time and stakeholder satisfaction across GTM systems requests
  • Data quality scores and reduction in deduplication or enrichment errors in Salesforce
  • Uptime and integration health across core GTM platforms
  • User adoption rates for system rollouts and process updates
What You Need
  • 3+ years of experience in GTM systems administration, revenue operations, or a closely related technical role in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Salesforce Administrator certification with demonstrated proficiency in flows, validation rules, custom objects, reports, dashboards, and permission management
  • Experience with at least one additional GTM platform such as Clari, Vitally, or Clay, with the ability to ramp quickly on new tools
  • Strong understanding of B2B GTM motions, CRM data models, and Sales, CS, and Marketing workflows
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including managing multiple in-flight requests, communicating status proactively, and keeping stakeholders informed without being prompted
  • You embody our values: “Curious by Default”, “Build Together”, “Own It”, and “Lead with Guts and Heart”, and our behaviors: Clarity, Care and Candor
  • You care deeply about fostering an environment where people of all backgrounds and experiences can flourish
What Will Make You Stand Out
  • Experience with lightweight automation tooling (Zapier, n8n, or similar) and an instinct for identifying manual processes worth automating
  • Hands-on experience with Clay for data enrichment, workflow automation, or GTM signal routing, ideally in a high-velocity sales environment
  • Experience supporting a CPQ or quote-to-cash platform such as Salesforce CPQ or Nue.io
  • Experience working in an open-source, AI, or data science-oriented company, or a startup environment where you had to build and maintain systems with limited resources
Why You'll Like Working Here
  • You'll thrive in a high-performance environment where results are recognized and rewarded
  • Your work directly contributes to shaping the future of data science, machine learning, and AI in the enterprise.
  • You'll work alongside a collaborative team that values diverse, thoughtful discussion, clarity and candor.
  • You'll be supported by a culture that puts employees first - with flexible hours, a fully remote setup, and a genuine commitment to your wellbeing and growth.
