LET’S CUT STRAIGHT TO IT We’re looking for a proactive and people‑focused Workplace Manager – Soft Services to help deliver an exceptional workplace experience at the Severn Trent Centre, home to around 2,000 colleagues. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our Soft FM services run smoothly, efficiently and to a high standard—supporting both day‑to‑day operations and ongoing improvements across our flagship site.

  • Managing the daily delivery of Soft FM services across STC, including cleaning, catering, landscaping, waste, pest control, and wellbeing‑related services.
