Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers. Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture.

Our operations department’s purpose is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work we do is performed to the QIMA standard of quality.

Job Description:

The Coordination Intern will be responsible for providing coordination support and will report directly to Coordination Leader working as part of our Operations team.

The purpose of QIMA’s Operations team is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work we do is performed to the QIMA standard of quality. 

Key Responsibilities include

  • Inspections schedule arrangements in the assigned zone, in line with our clients’ timelines and requirements.
  • Supplier’s relationship management from operation set-up (supplier onboarding and engagement) to actual service scheduling.
  • Resource planning and allocation according to service types, inspectors’ expertise, and transport cost optimization.
  • Ensure some daily operational support to our field inspectors and to the suppliers.
Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • Strong work ethic, with willingness to learn and get involved
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

  • Location: Remote
  • Working time: Monday - Saturday, 9 A.M - 6 P.M.
  • Monthly internship allowance will be provided
