Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Specialist
This role is pivotal in ensuring the security, compliance, and efficient management of our Microsoft 365 environment, including threat protection, data governance, and endpoint management.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Microsoft 365 Administration:
- Manage and administer the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- 2. Security and Threat Management:
- Implement and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) and Microsoft Defender for Office (MDO) for threat protection.
- 3. Endpoint Management:
- Configure and manage device compliance using Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- 4. Data Protection and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies using Microsoft 365 compliance tools.
- 5. Collaboration and Governance:
- Manage and optimize SharePoint Online for document management and collaboration workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience managing and securing Microsoft 365 environments.
- Expertise in Microsoft Intune, MDM, MDE, and MDO.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview (IRM, DLP, eDiscovery, etc.).
