JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Strategy Analyst to support the Strategic Performance Lead and the Head of Strategic Performance. This role is critical in helping develop and maintain internal factbases, monitor progress of key strategic initiatives (“Big Bets”), and deliver high‑quality reporting and insights for senior leadership. The Analyst plays a key enabling role in the function, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment across all strategic performance activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Strategic Performance Lead in preparing materials and analysis for the weekly Big Bets forum and other executive‑level meetings.

  • Build and maintain internal factbases by gathering, validating, and synthesising data from multiple sources.

  • Conduct performance tracking for all Big Bets, monitoring progress, risks, blockers, and mitigation plans.

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with strategic priorities.

  • Assist in the implementation and sharing of best practices across the function and with other teams.

  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Finance, Transformation, Strategy Business Partners) to gather input and ensure alignment.

  • Support ad‑hoc deep dives, strategic reviews, and special projects as requested by the Strategic Performance Lead or Head of Strategic Performance.

Skillset

  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data interpretation skills.

  • Experience preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.

  • Ability to work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesise complex information clearly.

  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross‑functionally.

  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

  • Proactive mindset, with the ability to support strategic initiatives and adapt to evolving priorities.

  • Experience in strategy, business performance, transformation, or a similar analytical role is an advantage.

Experience Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in strategy, business analysis, project management, or a similar analytical role (internships included).

  • Experience in data analysis, research, or project support is highly valued.

  • Exposure to working in a global or matrixed organization is a plus.
