Job Title: Team Manager Trainee Work Hours: Monday to Friday | 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST Location: Remote (Work from Home) Training Duration: 6 Months Incentive During Training: ₹15,000 per month Post-Training Salary: ₹25,000 per month (based on performance evaluation)

Position Overview

The Team Manager Trainee is a leadership development role designed for high-potential MBA graduates who want to build a career in professional services management.

The trainee will work closely with senior leadership to learn how to manage client service teams, coordinate projects, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and support operational excellence in a growing accounting and advisory firm.

Over a period of 1–2 years, the trainee will develop the skills required to manage a business unit responsible for approximately $600,000 – $1,000,000 in annual client revenue and lead a team of accountants and support staff.

Training & Development

- Professional services workflow management

- Client onboarding and service delivery processes

- Project scheduling and deadline management

- KPI monitoring and performance tracking

- Billing and collections management

- Client relationship coordination

- Document management and operational systems

- Team coordination and communication

Key Responsibilities

Operations Coordination:

- Assist the Team Manager in coordinating workflow across accounting and tax teams

- Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met

- Monitor workload distribution and production schedules

KPI Monitoring:

- Assist in tracking team KPIs such as productivity, realization, and project completion timelines

- Prepare reports and identify operational bottlenecks

Client Operations:

- Support client onboarding processes

- Coordinate document collection and client communications

- Ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction

Billing & Collections:

- Support the billing process and follow up on outstanding invoices

- Monitor billing cycles and ensure timely collections

Team Coordination:

- Work closely with department managers, accountants, and administrative staff

- Assist in resolving workflow challenges and improving operational efficiency

Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflow, and internal processes

Career Path

Successful trainees will progress into the Team Manager role within 1–2 years and take responsibility for:

- Managing a client portfolio of $600K – $1M+ annual revenue

- Leading a team of accountants and administrative staff

- Ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction

- Mentoring future Team Manager Trainees

Qualifications

Required:

- MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related field

Compensation Structure

  • Training Period (6 Months): ₹15,000/month as an incentive
