We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong Excel/Google Sheets and Canva skills to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Job Description.
- Assist in processing business trip reimbursements for the Asset Protection Team.
- Handle taxi requests or team members.
- Support monthly vendor invoicing processes.
- Set up Zoom meeting links for Asset Protection activities.
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for Asset Protection Weekly Meetings and Vendor Meetings.
- Assist in compiling and managing data using Excel/Google Spreadsheet.
- Design and develop Security Awareness posters for monthly broadcasts.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Canva for designing posters.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Google Sheets/Spreadsheet.
- Attention to detail & accuracy in administrative tasks and have Organizational Skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to Work in a Team.
- Strong work ethic Responsible, disciplined, and committed to completing tasks efficiently.
- Fresh Graduate or Mid to Final semester University Student.
