Connor Group is a US-based specialized accounting firm of Big 4 alumni and industry executives. We provide high value advisory services for our clients to help them accomplish some of their most challenging and complex transactions. Our professionals offer various solutions, including IPO/SPAC services, technical accounting advisory services, finance transformation & risk, and a host of high demand digital solutions such as systems implementations, integrations, and automation between systems.

Role Overview  We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Manager to join our India team. This is a full-cycle recruiting role focused on hiring India-based talent while closely partnering with U.S.-based recruiters.

As a Recruiting Manager at Connor Group, you will play a key role in building our India team by driving end-to-end recruiting efforts. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with no direct reports, requiring strong coordination across time zones and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for India-based roles, from sourcing and scheduling through offer and onboarding coordination
  • Partner closely with U.S.-based recruiters and interview teams to align on hiring needs and drive efficient processes
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using both traditional and creative sourcing strategies
  • Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Manage candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring timely communication and follow-up at every stage
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback loops across India and U.S. teams
  • Support offer negotiations and successfully close top candidates
  • Maintain accurate tracking of candidates, requisitions, and interview activity within recruiting systems

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in a full-cycle capacity
  • Experience working with global teams, particularly coordinating across India and U.S. stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across time zones
  • Experience recruiting within accounting, consulting, or professional services environments preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and hiring teams
  • Foundational knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and compensation structures
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates

Working Conditions:

  • Collaborate with and report to both India- and U.S.-based teams
  • Open office hours; must be available for U.S. team meetings up to midnight IST
  • Remote role with occasional travel for meetings and training
  • Full-time position with some flexibility in working hours
  • Must be based in the Pune metro area
