REEL Creator / Content Creator
Key Responsibilities
Create authentic, trend-driven TikTok videos and Instagram Reels.
Stay updated with current trends and transform them into original, engaging content.
Appear confidently on camera, tell stories, and add personality to the content.
Film, edit, and publish short-form videos with basic but clean editing.
Develop creative concepts, hooks, and scripts for short-form content.
Brainstorm and propose new content ideas regularly.
Create engaging storytelling formats (day-in-the-life, behind-the-scenes, challenges, reactions, etc.).
Repurpose content into multiple formats (Reels, TikToks, Stories).
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand tone and objectives.
Ensure consistency in style, messaging, and overall content quality.

Strong camera presence and confidence in storytelling.
Ability to create TikTok/Reel content independently (idea → script → filming → editing).
Solid understanding of short-form content trends on TikTok & Instagram.
Creativity in developing hooks, scripts, and storytelling formats.
Basic video editing skills (cuts, transitions, subtitles, audio syncing).
Ability to repurpose content into multiple formats (Reels, TikToks, Stories).
Ability to brainstorm and generate fresh content ideas consistently.
Good visual sense (framing, lighting, composition) even when filming on mobile.
Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback.
Ability to work quickly and deliver content under deadlines.
Attention to detail and consistency in quality and brand tone.
