We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.

Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, the Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, either directly or through partners and affiliates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fintech, brokerage, or trading industries and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients in the CFD, FX, and crypto markets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through direct outreach, partnerships, and affiliate programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and affiliates to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services and network with potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales within the fintech, brokerage, or trading industries.
  • Strong understanding of trading products and markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • English + Portuguese, Spanish, French or German
