MAWM Consultant

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced WMS Analyst with deep expertise in Manhattan Active WMS to join our supply chain technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full implementation lifecycle of WMS solutions and a solid understanding of warehouse operations, configuration, and testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Manhattan Active WMS, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate warehouse operational needs into functional and technical specifications.

• Conduct system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing for Manhattan WMS.

• Support development and validation of reports and analytics, including Manhattan SCI dashboards (if applicable).

• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with Manhattan support for resolution.

• Provide post go-live support, user training, and process documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with WMS Technologies (Manhattan WMS Active) MUST HAVE

• At least one complete life-cycle implementation experience MUST HAVE

• Testing experience with Manhattan Active WMS MUST HAVE

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and inventory control.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience developing reports using Manhattan SCI NICE TO HAVE

• Exposure to integrations with ERP, TMS, or OMS systems.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
