What You'll Do: As a Digital Marketing and Content Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our digital campaigns, shaping the success of our clients brands. You'll develop strategies that captivate audiences, create engaging ad concepts, and optimise performance to meet (and exceed!) goals. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Craft Winning Strategies: Develop content and advertising plans that are tailored to client goals across platforms like Meta, Google, and more.
  • Own the Content Calendar: Plan and schedule content that keeps audiences hooked.
  • Collaborate on Ad Content: Ideate compelling ad copy and work closely with our talented designers to create visuals that align with brand messaging and resonate with target audiences.
  • Run Campaigns Like a Pro: Manage and optimise advertising campaigns within budgets, ensuring performance targets are smashed.
  • Keep a Finger on the Pulse: Monitor ad performance, tweak strategies as needed, and stay ahead of trends to maximise results.
  • Deliver Insightful Reports: Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations that help clients understand the impact of their campaigns.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with designers, developers, and video editors to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing goals.

What You'll Bring to the Table: Were looking for someone who's not just good at digital marketing but who lives and breathes it. Here's what you'll need to succeed:

  • Education: A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from a reputed university. Bonus points if you have a certification in digital marketing!
  • Experience: 1/2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
