The Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will build and manage strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. You should be adept at engaging with multiple stakeholders, mastering sales tools, and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Cycle Management -: Own full sales cycle from prospecting, and cold calling, to deal structuring and negotiation, to close customers.
  • Sales Team Support: Collaborate with the executive sales team on outbound prospecting, setting meetings, and following up throughout the sales lifecycle. Contribute to building and refining our enterprise sales playbook as we scale our go-to-market motion.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns, providing feedback on effectiveness. Attending and supporting outside trade events as needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication - - Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales, SDR, Professional Delivery team to ensure smooth hands off and drive successful customer experience.
  • Performance Accountability: Manage daily sales efforts to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Reporting: Develop and deliver progress reports, pipeline reports, proposals, and presentations to management for continuous improvement.
  • CRM Utilization: Learn and document all activities using the Company CRM (Salesforce.com).

Qualifications

  • Education: BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years in inside and outside sales within an enterprise software company (experience in PLM, ERP, Procurement, or Supply Chain software is a plus).
  • Software Sales: Proven experience selling software, SaaS, or technology solutions.
  • Leadership: Innovative leader with a strategic mindset and a record of accomplishment of achieving results.
  • Sales Development: Demonstrated success in collaborating with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for pipeline development and lead qualification.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with retail, CPG, private label product development, and global retail supply chain preferred. Understanding retail merchandising and sourcing is a plus.
  • Communication: Professional and polished presentation skills, both online and in person.
  • Research and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with an inquisitive nature and adaptability.
  • Energy and Drive: A passion for delivering best-in-class customer experience and motivating teammates.
  • Technology: Proficient in MS Office Suite, Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compensation: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission potential.
