Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Manager for the EMEA market to join our team! As a Pre-Sales Manager, you will be a Key Player in the:   

  • Company Growth, accelerating Sales through your technical expertise and consulting of our leads, 
  • Improvement of our Market Position, contributing to customer-centric and high impact product development
  • Becoming a strategic Partner for our customers, presenting targeted solutions with a high Return-on-Investment 

You will blend deep Product and Sales expertise with a proven consulting skill set leading to high impact sales and exponential growth. You will work closely with strategic customers, collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and the Product Team.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  1. 5+ years of Pre-Sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting experience
  2. Solid technical background in OSINT, Cybersecurity or Digital Forensics
  3. Proficiency delivering compelling demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  4. Strong analytical and customer-facing skills, applying technology solutions to core business problems, identifying the right solution for our leads & helping them understand it
  5. Strong communication and presentation skills in English and one more European language
  6. Hands-on experience with investigations and/or Cybersecurity are seen as a plus
  7. The Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving and expanding environment
  8. Ideally, experience collaborating with Law Enforcement, Defence, or Intelligence communities 

Your Tasks Will Be:

  • Presales Engagement: Support Account Executives and Customer Success Managers by providing technical expertise, demos, and product presentations
  • Proof-of-Concepts: Conduct Investigative PoC’s as well as trial onboardings, ensuring technical validation and successful adoption
  • Technical Authority: Act as a trusted advisor for customers on investigative workflows, integration, and best practices
  • Sales: Partner with Product, Sales and Customer Success teams to improve our product and accelerate our sales as well as customer success
  • Growth: Be a key contributor in the elaboration and implementation of Regional Growth Plans and targeted Account Mapping
