About the Role

TripMaster has an opening for an Implementation Specialist. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work for a high-growth software company with a product that benefits communities throughout the country. Being able to make a positive difference in people’s lives while collaborating with a supportive team is a rare find! The ideal candidate will be skilled in both remote and in-person training in enterprise-class web software packages. They will also be enthusiastic, innovative, adaptable, organized and receptive to feedback. Excellent writing experience in technical instruction is a plus. Business travel is nationwide. It is required and will be approximately 25%. When not traveling, this role is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, on-site training and online sessions, including classroom instruction, one-on-one coaching, and webinars

• Develop customer training schedules and coordinate all associated logistics, including set-up of facility, communications with attendees and more

• Work closely with both the clients and CTS Software’s Sales Team to measure satisfaction with current training programs and to sell additional training

• Maintain ongoing communication with support and sales regarding customer status in training, changes in curriculum and training materials, data, and product features and functionality covered within the curriculum.

• Update Finance and the Client Support Specialist as needed.

• Assess training needs of clients, adjust training delivery based on their needs and design surveys to measure training effectiveness

• Assist Technical Support and Sales when not involved with training

• Create/update training resources when required.

• Participate in system testing.

Skills/Requirements

• Associates/Bachelor degree desired

• 1-5 years experience delivering training sessions, in classroom settings, virtual classroom settings and via web-conferencing tools

• Advanced PC literacy and technical experience with web-based systems.

• Experience with troubleshooting and providing technical support.

• Ability to travel up to 25%

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.

• Excellent organizational skills

• Access to a work location conducive to productivity and comfortable with a remote role
