- Visit customer sites to understand needs, present solutions, and build long-term relationships
- Manage and grow existing accounts while expanding share of wallet
- Own your territory and drive revenue growth against defined targets
- Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Proven success in industrial MRO sales or a closely related industry
- Strong prospecting skills with a track record of building business from the ground up
- Knowledge of relevant product categories such as fasteners, power transmission, electrical, or fluid power
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and high level of accountability
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory
- True ownership of your territory with autonomy to build and grow your business
