  • Build high-performing teams: Strengthen collaboration, improve predictability, and remove delivery impediments
  • Foster growth: Support individual development through coaching, mentoring, and skill-building
  • Guide with vision: Align sprint goals with strategy and coach outcome-driven prioritization
  • Stay pragmatic:Use frameworks flexibly, simplify processes, and focus on results

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience as a Scrum Master
  • Bachelors and Masters Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or other related fields of studies
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Certifications in PSM I, PSM II, SAFe and others will be highly advantageous
