Job Description:

Position Overview: We seek talented and motivated Design Engineers to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with knowledge and expertise in CAD/CAM, Blenders/Meshmixer and other modeling tools. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to developing innovative 3D-printed solutions and shape the future of manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop 3D-printed parts and components for various applications.

Utilize CAD/CAM software Blenders/Mesh- Bland other-modeling tools to create detailed designs, prototypes, and production-ready models. Operate 3D printers

Conducted feasibility studies and design reviews to ensure the manufacturability, functionality, and cost-effectiveness of the designs.

Optimize designs for additive manufacturing processes, including design reengineering, lightweighting, and customization.

Generate technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and engineering reports.

Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in additive manufacturing technologies, and best practices.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of design and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Min. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Proficiency in CAD/CAM and Modeling software (e.g., Open-source tools like Blender, Meshmixer, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, etc.) 

Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Prior experience in additive manufacturing or 3D printing is a plus but not required.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities and project requirements.
