Graphic Designer
Set-up and Location: WFH / Remote (Philippines)
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Australian Eastern Time (NSW / VIC / ACT / TAS)
Employment Type: Full-time
We're partnering with a dynamic Australian agency in the Marketing & Events industry, supporting high-profile campaigns, corporate events, and strategic brand storytelling. As they scale their creative output, they're looking for a versatile, deadline-driven Graphic Designer to join their offshore team and help manage overflow design work.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You'll be the go-to support for a small but busy creative team – turning briefs into polished assets, adapting concepts across formats, and ensuring every deliverable reflects the high standards their clients expect. Speed, accuracy, and brand consistency are non-negotiable.
The right fit:
You're a creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. You don't just execute – you think ahead, ask clarifying questions, and take pride in delivering work that's on-brand, on-brief, and on-time. You're comfortable juggling multiple small projects, adapting quickly to feedback, and collaborating remotely with clarity and confidence. You own your workflow and never leave the team chasing updates.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Execution & Asset Creation
- Create, adapt, and polish visual assets for both digital and print – including social media graphics, event collateral, presentations, email campaigns, brochures, and signage
- Maintain strict brand consistency across all deliverables, adhering to style guides and client specifications
- Support video and motion graphics tasks (basic editing, animations, lower thirds) as needed
- Prepare print-ready files with correct bleeds, resolutions, and colour profiles; optimise digital assets for web and social platforms
- Partner remotely with the creative team to clarify briefs, align on priorities, and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines
- Manage a dynamic queue of small-to-mid-sized projects simultaneously – prioritising effectively without constant supervision
- Proactively flag capacity constraints, creative roadblocks, or timeline risks before they impact delivery
- Participate in regular video check-ins – clear, professional English communication is essential
- Conduct self-reviews to catch errors in layout, typography, colour, or messaging before submission
- Ensure all files are organised, properly named, and stored in shared drives per team protocols
- Stay updated on design trends, platform specifications (e.g., social media dimensions), and accessibility best practices
- Provide constructive input during creative reviews – open to feedback and focused on continuous improvement

- Communicates proactively in clear, professional English – written and verbal – and asks questions early to avoid rework
- Manages time effectively across multiple concurrent tasks and consistently meets deadlines without reminders
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) or equivalent
- Formal training in motion graphics, video editing, or UX/UI principles (a strong advantage)

- Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail – catching typos, misalignments, or brand deviations pre-delivery
- Adapts quickly to shifting priorities while keeping all stakeholders aligned
- Maintains an organised, well-labelled digital workspace – no lost files, no version confusion
