Your Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers, running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to drive sales and customer satisfaction
• Working with our food program to provide customers with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out, to ensure a positive customer experience
• Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
• Interacting with customers daily, building strong relationships, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals

* Selling products to customers and providing excellent customer care

• Communicating effectively and building strong relationships with customers
• Working at a quick pace while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude
• Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals and objectives
• Thinking quickly and offering creative solutions to problems
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Great If You Have:

* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills
• A motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
• A willingness to learn and have fun in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours

• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination, and may require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
