Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information about our services and products
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused way
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Performing other related duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a strong focus on building rapport and trust with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the collision repair industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other industry-specific tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
