Job Summary

As a Medical Equipment Driver & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering medical equipment to patients and healthcare facilities, while also providing exceptional customer service and support. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver medical equipment to patients and healthcare facilities in a timely and efficient manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and healthcare professionals
  • Ensure that medical equipment is properly used and maintained, and provide training and education as needed
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of equipment deliveries and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of medical equipment and services
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest medical equipment and technologies

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field; medical equipment experience a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other team members
  • Ability to lift and move medical equipment, with a maximum weight of 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare setting or with medical equipment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with medical equipment delivery and installation
