Job Summary
As a Medical Equipment Driver & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering medical equipment to patients and healthcare facilities, while also providing exceptional customer service and support. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver medical equipment to patients and healthcare facilities in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and healthcare professionals
- Ensure that medical equipment is properly used and maintained, and provide training and education as needed
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports of equipment deliveries and customer interactions

- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest medical equipment and technologies
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field; medical equipment experience a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other team members
- Ability to lift and move medical equipment, with a maximum weight of 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
