Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients and customers. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. You'll also be involved in processing prescriptions, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that patients receive their medications in a timely manner
  • Manage inventory levels, restocking shelves and supplies as needed, and maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex's products and services, including our pharmacy services and offerings
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or customer service role, preferably in a retail or healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, customers, and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately count and manage cash and inventory
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience working in a Walgreens pharmacy or similar retail environment

  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures, including prescription processing and inventory management
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and other pharmacy software
  • Certification as a pharmacy technician or similar credential
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and customers from diverse backgrounds
