Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Operator I to join our team in Tampa, FL. As a Data Entry Operator I, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our computer systems, ensuring the integrity and quality of our data. This is a night shift opportunity, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our computer systems, ensuring the integrity and quality of our data

• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless data management processes
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex's policies and procedures

Physical and Mental Requirements

* Requires full range of body motion including standing, sitting, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
• Must be able to maintain attention to detail and accuracy in a dynamic environment
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

* Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, health information management)

• Experience working in a medical facility or healthcare setting
