The Role
As an AI & Chat GPT Corporate Trainer, you'll play a critical role in helping our leadership and staff integrate AI tools across operations, marketing, customer service, and more. Your expertise will be instrumental in empowering our teams to harness the power of AI and drive business growth. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering tailored training sessions to managers and front-line staff on ChatGPT and AI-driven tools
* Identifying high-impact use cases where AI can save time, enhance member experience, or drive revenue
* Building simple, reusable SOPs, prompt templates, and AI use guides for different departments
* Coaching our executive team on using AI to support decision-making, reporting, and innovation
* Supporting the adoption of tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, Zapier, and other automation platforms
* Ensuring best practices around data privacy, prompt design, and ethical AI usage
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
* Demonstrated experience training or consulting businesses on AI and ChatGPT (corporate or agency experience preferred)
* Ability to translate complex AI tools into everyday business use cases
* Strong communication and presentation skills with a teaching mindset
* Experience with service-based industries or customer-facing teams is a strong plus
* Bonus: Familiarity with the fitness, wellness, or recreation sector
Engagement Details
* Starting Wage: $20 to $30/hr depending on experience
