Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced remote data entry specialist to join our team as an administrative assistant. As a key member of our data collection team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, conducting research studies, and providing administrative support to our clients. This is a part-time, remote opportunity that offers flexibility and the chance to work on a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of tasks
- Conduct research studies, including online focus groups, product testing, and opinion panels
- Provide administrative support to clients, including data analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality results
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
Requirements
* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
- Current USA resident
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English and Spanish (a plus for increased opportunities)
- Strong focus and follow-through skills
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with stable internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel skills helpful but not mandatory
- Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support are helpful but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
* LapTop with webcam for participating in video studies
- Stable internet connection for conducting research studies
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support
- Experience with data entry software and tools
Pay and Benefits
* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions
- Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
