The Role

As a Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, retention, and sales support to our valued customers. You will be part of a high-energy, fully remote Contact Center team, working closely with our field offices to ensure seamless service delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing best-in-class customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and assisting customers in retaining business
  • Managing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy call volumes during peak season
  • Utilizing gamification tools to measure performance and increase engagement
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, either within or outside a call center
  • Completion of a Culture Index assessment
  • Verification of internet speed and ability to pass a computer assessment
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screen
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills in various software and web-based applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume role
  • Excellent customer service soft skills, including empathy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure your success in this role, you will need:

  • A dedicated workspace in your home, free from distractions and background noise
  • A workspace with adequate furnishings, lighting, and internet connectivity
  • A minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload or higher, high-speed internet connection with the ability to hard wire directly to a modem
