The Role

We're looking for a high-energy, consultative closer to join our sales team as an Account Executive. You'll take qualified strategy calls via Zoom, run live demos of the Revio platform, and close coaches and consultants into our subscription plans. This is a remote, commission-only contractor role — ideal for a proven closer who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

What You'll Do

  • Take inbound and booked strategy calls via Zoom with pre-qualified prospects

  • Run compelling live demos of the Revio platform using the Revio presentation deck

  • Follow the Revio sales playbook and NEPQ-based sales methodology to guide prospects through a consultative close

  • Maintain a minimum 30% close rate on qualified calls

  • Process payments on-call using Revio payment links ($597/mo, $997/mo, quarterly, yearly, and custom plans)

  • Execute the sales handoff — walk new clients through onboarding signup, introduce them to the success team in Slack, and record a quick walkthrough video when closing off-call

  • Send personalized pre-call videos and confirmation messages to reduce no-shows

  • Follow the no-show recovery process: text and call within 5 minutes, mark status at 15 minutes, and trigger follow-up sequences

  • Update call outcomes and pipeline status in iClosed immediately after every call — non-negotiable, same-day updates

  • Handle common objections around pricing, Instagram TOS, data privacy, and automation behavior using Revio's documented responses

  • Provide weekly written progress reports to leadership

What We're Looking For in You

  • Proven track record closing $5K+ deals over Zoom or phone

  • Experience with consultative or NEPQ-style sales (we provide 7th Level training access)

  • Comfortable running live software demos and handling technical objections

  • Self-disciplined and organized — you manage your own calendar, tools, and pipeline

  • Strong communication skills and a professional presence on video

  • Experience selling SaaS, coaching programs, or high-ticket services is a strong plus

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, iClosed) is an asset
