We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of end‑to‑end software implementation projects for our global clients. As part of our Professional Services team, you will manage the full lifecycle from post‑sales handover through configuration, testing, deployment, and transition to support. Acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, you will ensure projects are delivered to scope, timeline, and budget, while maintaining high standards of communication and governance. This role involves managing multiple concurrent projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and supporting clients through a structured and well‑executed onboarding and implementation experience. Responsibilities:- Leading medium to complex software implementation projects from initiation to go‑live.
- Developing clear project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Managing relationships with client stakeholders and providing regular status updates.
- Identifying project risks, escalating issues appropriately, and implementing mitigation plans.
- Collaborating with technical teams to configure products, workflows, and integrations aligned to client requirements.
- Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and guiding clients through the process.
- Delivering training sessions and preparing clients for transition to BAU/Support teams.
- Tracking billable hours, monitoring revenue, and contributing to project profitability.
- Experience in project management within SaaS, software implementation, or IT consulting.
- You have a strong understanding of software configuration, deployment processes, and implementation lifecycles.
- You are familiar with API integrations, data migrations, and cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
- You are confident using project management tools including JIRA and Microsoft Project.
- You communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- You may also have a PMP or CSM certification, which would be advantageous.
- Experience with ERP or other enterprise platforms would be beneficial.
