Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Promptly Answering Incoming Phone Calls: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Caringly Assisting Callers: Provide exceptional service and support to customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Effectively Communicating via LiveChat, Email, and Other Forms of Electronic Communications: Engage with customers through various channels, providing clear and concise information and support.
- Accurately Scheduling Repair Appointments: Schedule appointments based on service area and scope of work, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Actively Communicating with the Dispatch Team: Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
- Assisting Other Team Members as Needed: Support colleagues in achieving shared goals and objectives.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Computer and Data Entry Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and iOS, with experience in data entry and computer-aided systems.
- Previous Call Center/Dispatch Experience: Possess previous experience in a call center or dispatch environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Working Knowledge of ServiceTitan: Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required.
- Friendly, Outgoing, and Service-Driven: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
