Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping our clients navigate the complexities of health insurance enrollment. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver top-notch customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support

  • Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Experience with health insurance, the Affordable Care Act, or related industries
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with a focus on Spanish
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and software applications
