Job Summary

We're seeking an entry-level customer service representative to join our team in Gautier, MS. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits. Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Age: 18 years or older
  • Background Check: Must pass a background check prior to starting employment
  • High School Diploma: High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred but not required
  • Customer Service and/or Retail Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
