Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an amazing customer experience and helping our customers navigate the complexities of health insurance enrollment. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch support via phone, email, and online chat, while also managing customer accounts and providing technical assistance. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service experience consistently, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage customer accounts, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed
  • Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Respond to online chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, applying creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated and private workspace
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus

Work Environment and Company Culture

Compensation and Benefits

* $15.00 - $16.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
