Key Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls from clients and members of unions and associations
• Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
• Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and perform quality control tasks
• Participating in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Good verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with people and groups
• Excellent customer relation and communication skills, with a positive attitude and great energy
• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

• Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience
