Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, with flexible hours and a competitive compensation package.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from clients
- Set appointments and perform presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Complete necessary paperwork and quality control checks
- Participate in leadership development and training programs
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and promoting our products and services

Minimum Qualifications
* Strong communication skills and time management skills
- 18+ years of age and a high school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
- Must pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the insurance or supplemental benefits industry
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
