Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our research initiatives by collecting and analyzing data from various sources. You'll work independently, using your computer or mobile device, to complete tasks and projects as assigned. This is a part-time opportunity that offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to work from anywhere and at any time.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect and analyze data from various sources, including online surveys, focus groups, and product testing

  • Enter data into our database using Microsoft Word or Excel (or other tools as required)
  • Conduct online research and gather information from various sources
  • Participate in online focus groups and product testing sessions
  • Provide feedback and insights to our research team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all data collected
  • Collaborate with our research team to ensure data quality and integrity

Requirements

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, or communications) preferred

  • Current USA resident
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand English (Spanish a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word or Excel (or other tools as required)
  • Reliable computer or mobile device with internet connection
  • Webcam and smartphone (for some studies)

Preferred Qualifications

* Background in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, or sales support

  • Experience with data entry software and tools
  • Familiarity with online research methods and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
