Position Description

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services through outbound and inbound calls
• Providing exceptional customer support and resolving customer inquiries and concerns
• Working closely with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
• Own a computer at home that meets our minimum workstation requirements (Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better, Windows 10, 8GB RAM)
• Webcam and high-speed internet access with download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10
• A quiet workspace with a desk
• Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST (8am-4pm CST)
