Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately
  • Meet and exceed personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction and resolution rates
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and concerns
  • Upsell products and services as needed to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Active listening skills, with the ability to relay information and answer questions and/or concerns accurately and professionally
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and driving customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and a high level of autonomy
  • MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
