Overview of organizational behavior and change in the health care context. Motivation, stress and stress management, group dynamics, power and negotiation. Leadership of change and different types of change that can be pursued in various contexts are considered.

Requirements:

Must have an MBA or Master's degree (PhD preferred) in an area directly related to the organization behavior and change in a health care context. Must also demonstrate recent professional experience in the field, sound knowledge of the issues related to the area of the course. This course is delivered primarily asynchronously, therefore experience in development or delivery of online course content would be considered an asset.
