We are seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in their homes throughout Salem, McMinnville, Woodburn, Wilsonville, South Portland, and surrounding communities. If you have a heart for helping others and want flexible work with a supportive team, we’d love to meet you.

- Assist clients with personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
- Follow individualized care plans created by the Care Designer
- Ensure client safety and proper use of equipment
- Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
- Accurately complete documentation and visit records
- Participate in our Happier First Visit — a special introduction visit focused on building trust, understanding client needs, and creating a positive start to care
- Deliver compassionate, respectful care that promotes independence and dignity
- Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proof of CNA or HHA license, if applicable
- First aid and CPR-certified
- Current TB Screening and criminal background check
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Legal authorization to work in Oregon
- Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation required
This is a remote position.
