Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat by assisting customers with order inquiries, product information, returns, and other service issues.

Handle a high volume of customer interactions in a professional and timely manner.

Resolve customer concerns by clarifying issues, researching problems, and selecting the best solutions.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • *

Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Uphold Wayfairs brand values and ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction.

Meet or exceed performance metrics including customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity targets.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • *

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

  • *

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • *

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

  • *

Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with email, internet browsers, and basic data entry.

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

  • *

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

  • *

Empathetic, patient, and enthusiastic attitude towards helping customers.

  • Experience
  • *

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or retail environments.

Experience working remotely is a plus but not required.

Familiarity with e-commerce or home goods industry preferred.

  • Working Hours

Full-time and part-time shifts available.

  • *

Flexible scheduling, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.

Scheduled hours will be communicated in advance with opportunities for overtime during peak seasons.
