Our client,a leading healthcare provider,is seeking a Business Process Advisor to support key initiatives and lead business process improvement projects. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $25 - $33 / hr. w2 Responsibilities: Support enterprise-wide initiatives by assessing the impact of technology changes on business processes. Lead the development of future-state business processes and drive operational changes. Manage business process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify problems, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable solutions. Deliver formal training on process excellence and mentor teams in continuous improvement methodologies. Provide internal management consulting, offering unbiased assessments and strategic recommendations to leadership. Align process improvements with enterprise goals and contribute to process standardization, best practices, and department enhancements. Experience Requirements: Strong understanding of business processes, process improvement, and operational strategy. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable results. Ability to analyze current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus. Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage with executives and stakeholders. Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; in lieu of a degree, 5+ years of relevant experience required. 3+ years of experience in business process improvement, project management, or a related field. Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
