About the Role

As a Part-Time Licensed Property & Casualty Customer Service Insurance Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, providing expert advice and guidance on insurance products and services. You'll be responsible for servicing multi-state clients, including coverage and risk analysis, endorsement activity, billing questions, problem-solving, and renewal processing. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with clients and carriers, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

* Provide professional, accurate, and timely assistance to clients, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Understand, introduce, and leverage the products and services available, as appropriate.
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining client accounts within a customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring the accuracy of binders, policies, and other relevant documents.
  • Collaborate with carriers to resolve client issues and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of insurance products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

* Active Property and Casualty License.

  • 4+ years of Personal Lines insurance customer service experience required.
  • Experience with high-net-worth carriers such as Chubb, PURE, AIG/PCS, etc.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and proactively, edit communications for spelling and grammar, and present information effectively without using technical jargon.
  • Self-confident with the ability to make sound independent decisions.
  • Proficient in using a variety of computer programs, including CRM, MS Office, and carrier quoting tools.
  • Highly professional and self-motivated, with the ability to demonstrate a positive attitude and energetic personality.

Work Environment and Technical Requirements

* You will be provided with a computer and high-speed internet access via wired ethernet connection.

  • You must have a reliable internet connection with an upload speed of 5 Mbps and a download speed of 16 Mbps.
  • You must have a stable internet service provider (ISP) with 1% or less packet loss and latency under 100ms.
  • You must have an available cell phone or tablet and be able to install our required 2FA software for multifactor authentication.

Pay Range
