Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our remote team in Connecticut. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities, providing exceptional support, and resolving complex issues. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities, providing exceptional support and resolving complex issues
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of call center experience
- 6 months of customer service experience
- Basic typing and computer skills with excellent navigational skills
- High-speed internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
- Quiet space within the home free of distractions to take incoming calls
- Reside in the State of Connecticut
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a healthcare or related industry
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
