Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Medical Client Data Management

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with inputting, organizing, and managing data from their facility portal into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting data into computer systems or databases, verifying and reviewing data for errors or inconsistencies, and organizing and maintaining data files and records electronically and in hard copy. You will also perform data quality checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of information, sort, compile, and process data to generate reports, charts, and other documents, and retrieve and extract data from various sources or documents as required.

Responsibilities:

* Daily data input accurately and efficiently into computer systems or databases

  • Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections
  • Organize and maintain data files and records electronically and in hard copy
  • Perform data quality checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of information
  • Sort, compile, and process data to generate reports, charts, and other documents
  • Retrieve and extract data from various sources or documents as required
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry and confidentiality
  • Maintain high levels of data accuracy and integrity at all times
  • Adhere to deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet productivity goals

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently with large volumes of information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience with CRM systems and data management software a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation:

We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $26.00 - $35.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
