Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll support one of the largest financial providers in the U.S. — no cold calling required! This is an inbound call center environment in the comfort of your own home! We offer paid training that will help prepare you for the launch of this new career.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to customers across the globe, via phone, email, and chat.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize arenaflex's innovative CX solutions and technology to deliver a seamless experience to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.

Essential Qualifications

* Must reside in Oklahoma (Remote).

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Open availability during operating hours a must!
  • Professional customer service aptitude is essential.

* Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Home Setup Requirements

* Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship the necessary equipment.

  • Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection. No wireless / No 5G internet packages can be used.
  • Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production. Cannot be a primary care provider during hours of operation.
  • Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets) for the first few days of training before we ship the equipment. Cell phones are not permitted during training.
