Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and voicemail. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, resolving their inquiries, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-focused approach will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and voicemails in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries, resolving their issues and concerns
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Meet and exceed personal and team target goals, striving for exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately
  • Upsell products or services as needed to meet customer needs and increase revenue
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and concerns

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and customer needs
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Active listening skills, with the ability to relay information and answer questions and/or concerns
