Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Sales Representative – Entry Level, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and booking travel experiences: Work with clients to plan and book their dream vacations, including hotels, cruises, flights, and activities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Basic computer skills: Proficiency in using computers and software applications, such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills: Basic math skills, including the ability to manage reservations, payments, and travel documentation.

Preferred Qualifications
